I have a 2001 Legacy GT with a 2006 WRX motor and 2005 WRX heads. Where can I get DeatschWerks injectors for the 02-05 WRX. Also which Walboro 255 fuel pump model would I need for my Legacy , right now I'm using my stock fuel pump.

Thanks

I was told I need the 750cc top feed injectors for the 02+ WRX. Also just wondering if the following Walboro fuel pump model would fit my BE Legacy. I imagine it would be wise to also get the 02+ wrx installation kit.

Walbro GSS342

Thanks

I could get them but my supplier is closed implementing a new system. They don’t know it will be up and running.

That's great, thanks, I'm in no rush anyway as my car is stored for the winter.

Good luck trying to shoehorn a walbro (usually its the 255lph model) in the plastic cage for the fuel pump housing. Previous attempts at doing this haven't been so straightforward.

It's nothing like on the WRX/STI...the closest you can read about it is how walbro's are installed on the 05 LGT's.

And you can order from Deatshwerks directly AFAIK, NASIOC has them as a sponsor. Do you mean you want a seperate set of injectors?

Thanks for the info, had suspicions about those fuel pumps in a 3rd gen Legacy.
My question to you, is the stock one sufficient for anything under 400 HP?

Thanks

For reference, I'm running an 07 STI fuel pump, it bolts straight into the cage without issues, mine is around 350hp at the crank and the fuel pump is near capacity (though the 565cc injectors I have are probably going to hit their ceiling first, its near 94% already). From what Ive read, the 08+ STI fuel pumps flow a little more (like around 200lph, the older sti's are around 180+lph IIRC) and may install the same. I'm guessing youre aiming for 400 at the crank? Because 400 whp is a little too optimistic for a stock block, but regardless you *can* make a walbro fit, but you usually won't have the prettiest/secure solution to be able to do it.

Good info. Are the injectors stock, i have an 05 intake and heads. I guess the stock legacy fuel pump is much lower than 180lph. I don't think my stock 5 speed wrx tranny can take more than 380 ft/lbs or torque. I want to avoid having to replace it with a 6 speed as it only has 24k for the tranny and the motor. I don't want to spend tons of money either. I figure I'm about 100 HP or 100 ft/lbs of torque short of my optimum setup which i guess is alot. No need to go any crazier, don't have the money. I'd be very happy with a 380/380 setup.

Thanks

no STI 'pink' injectors. 06-07 wrx injectors flow around the same as those (called the "dark blue" injectors).

Is the wiring for the 07 STI fuel pump plug and play?

if you used the wrx fuel pump wiring harness with your swap, yes.
