What Muffler should I use?

I was wondering if Borla made just a muffler by itself, instead of a whole exhaust system and how it sounded. I also hear that Magnaflow mufflers sound good on subies. It would be for my 91' legacy turbo. I plan on going 3" catless from the down pipe back. Need help with this one guys!

borla does make universal mufflers... look for their xr-1 series or pro-xs... they also have universal turbo mufflers.

I like the flowmaster sound, and will be slapping one of those on the back of mine once all this snow and ice melts away :wink:

a few on nabisco have reported good results with the obx DTM twin tip muffler. They say it is quieter than the OBX N1 style mufflers.
