I saw at least two pictures showing differnt IAC locations on a legacy, one is http://students.washington.edu/kevinl3/Legacy/IAC.JPG, another picture shows something right beside it as IAC. I disembled all of them, and none of them looks like a IAC to me. Can anyone help me on this. I took photos, but don't know how to attach it.

Hey, guys, I posted photos in another forum, since I don't know how to post the picture here. Hope Jey will understand.
Please see the link at: http://www.standardshift.com/forum/view ... 40#p273540 (http://www.standardshift.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=12080&p=273540#p273540)
Unfortunately we can't see the pictures you posted in the other forum either since you have to be logged in to see attachments.
On all the EJ22s I've seen the IAC is on the intake manifold. It's a stepper motor.

I am urgent to know how to remove the TB. My TB has lots of springs attached to it, which links to the gas pedal I guess. It seems delicated. Any suggestion?

WHAT EXACTLY ARE YOU ATTEMPTING TO DO??
To remove the throttle body just remove the 4 bolts that attach it to the intake manifold. The throttle cables are like bicycle brake cables, there is a metal nut at the end of the cable that needs to get pushed out of the slots.
It looks like you found the IAC. Like I said it's a motor that turns the rod to allow for more/less air flow.
