Bumper beam for Outback/Legacy BE/BH: Same?

Hey all,

The bumper beam for the 2000-2004 BE/BH chassis: any difference between regular Legacy and the Outback?

I need to know before I take the plunge on ordering the RI light bar. Thanks for the help.

Not sure if you ever figured this out. I don't know for sure on the BE/BH but on the 96-99 the Outback bumper had two metal posts on the ends to be a bit "beefier" I suppose and it was also predrilled for the larger Outback foglights. I'm on a normal Legacy bumper beam now and it was a bit less "beefy" (weight savings?) and it no longer has the proper holes for Outback foglights but that doesn't matter to me because I run Hella fogs down there anyway.
