b4 legacy boost problems

the boost is moving between .5 and 1.1/1.2 bar of pressure on full accleration and there is no faults on computer. is there a sensor that reads the manifold boost pressure and where can this be found?

What rpm is all of this happening.

the twin turbo system will spool up in such a way that the primary turbo will make ~1bar before the boost will drop back to ~0.5bar as the secondary turbo starts to spool up (around 4000rpm), then boost pressure will rise back up to ~1.1bar with both turbo's running in parallel.
or is the boost "surging" for the entire rev range?
