since I'm already in this...built motor time?

Currently on a E316g turbo, but considering all things and what could be wrong with my car mixed with me not being able to sleep tonight. I put together 4 options of what if's and if I was to do, engine build. Here's a little spreed sheet, what do you all think.

I like option 2. The key to making big power is the tune however. It would be a shame to build a nice shiny motor then blow it the next day because you went lean or something. Another thing to take in consideration is your compression ratio. Make sure it will come out to be the same as stock if you want it to be street able.
