A suggestion???

Put off the Angel eyes/Tint/ and tailights for a couple of months and go for Air Ride. Just works so well with that body.

You're lucky then.
Hopefully he did the wheel bearings and balljoints. 735's are also easier to find 5spd swap parts for. (535's are usually the donors)

I found a near mint interior for $350. Door panels/trim pieces/dash/ and headliner inc. I'm sure you can find one for less.

I love them with Euro 7 bumpers/19" Alpinas/ ECode headlights.

Good find.

yea hes got receipts for the ball joints and bearings and a transmission service 20k miles ago.

the headliner and trim peices are fine the seats are the problem..

The back seats on these cars are insane. They're stupid comfy and old leather is just flat out cool. My e28 was the same (just no power). Take good care of your e32. Don't do anything stupid with it...

im still trying to figure out the kinks .. the rear headrests dont go up and down with the switch like they should.

my front seats had power headrest and they didn't move either. The motors worked, because they made noise, but the headrests just creaked and never moved. I honestly didn't care so much... I figured that the same idiot that made BMW window motors made the motors and mechanisms for the seats. Do all your windows work... be honest.

You might have to remove and clean all connectors. Best way to get acquainted with your interior.

Nice ride you found there, not sure about the led lights and angel eyes...whole different era.

Are you a horder mate?

xXGTBspecXx
11-25-2009, 09:15 PM
a what? horder?

led tail lights are very subtle and they would have a light smoke.

the angel eye headlights are very nice they look like they belong. youll have to just wait and see.

il be swapping hoods and grill with a 750il as the 735 has the only thing i dont like.. the narrow grill that doesnt fit the wide stance of the car..

im sending the head out to get cleaned up and check for warpage.. so il just be cleaning up the engine bay for a bit till it gets back tomorrow night.. then i cant do anything but set it on ther till i have my new head studs sp it wont be done for a week or so.. i really dont want to reuse the old head studs.. their crusty everything needs to be cleaned.. the engine needs to be flushed cause this thing has 214k mile of shit clogged up in the oil passages

as for the towel dispenser my dad keep bringing them home his work bought new ones.. so we have like 30 here

well this awesome.. i was cleaning the head and stuff up so it looked all shiney and i had them safley mounted on a upside down recycling bin.. the god damn dog knocked over the bin so now i have to send the head to a machine shop to get checked on.

i wasnt going to send it out cause i checked for warpage with a straight edge but now it has to go.
