Well today leaving my swim meet, my friend decided to try and show off, too bad he is a horrible driver. So I'm stopped to pull out and he comes at me and stops way late, slams into my passenger rear side. No real damage to the car, just totally scuffed and gouged my bumper. So im getting an estimate to have it repaired, but what should i do? I really dont like bondoing things in my opinion it is never quite right, so since he's paying for paint and everything, what do you guys think about buying a new bumper cover to have it painted and reinstalled?
Peace,
Kyle

Yeah I'm really leaning towards that, since he has no clue I'll just bullshit him and tell him the shops didnt think it'd look right repaired. I mean the kid is kinda my friend, but he's not getting away with this very cheaply.
Peace,
Kyle

New bumper for sure. Heck, get a quote, buy the bumper, install it yourself and use the extra money for JDM tails.... But since you have JDM tails, make the front match!

Either way, get it fixed right because a year or two down the road, you'll look at yourself and be upset you didn't do it the way you wanted.

Yup thats how I feel about it too. I'd rather just have it done the right way for sure than have it half-*ssed. Found the bumper on ebay already, its like 220 with shipping. So that plus cost of paint.

Kyle

Yeah, there's usually 10 or 11 wrecks in the parking lot where the local fair is held each year.

*psst*

He meant there's a demolition derby at the county fair, not a lot of "accidents"
