MAF question

Hello Everyone,

I just bought a 95 legacy and I am having some minor issues. I am throwing a p100 code which I think Is a MAF code. I checked out the MAF and also bought a new one and I am having the same issue. I looked at the wiring and it looks pretty bad. I am wondering if anyone can give me a breakdown of which wire goes where as I have the colors from the sensor and the actually harness..

red\yellow
black\red
white
yellow\blue
and a metal unshielded wire

MAF

red
white
black\red
black
blue

Not sure about the others, but the yellow/blue wire is the main 0-5V signal from the MAF that the ECU reads.
