Adobe Photoshop 7.0, Adobe CS 2...

Neither of them rely on flash to work, so if it's installed on a local PC then it'll run.

Ok I guess I would have to buy and install at home. I cannot install on this computer here at work. Thanks Huffer! :smt023 Anyone know of any freebies I can use online here at work? I used to use photshop, but now it is telling me that I cannot use unless flash player is installed?

Your best bet is to just use what you got at home. Work pc's are a pain to work with sometimes and same thing with online photoediting tools.

For at home I have one word GIMP. Gimp is the poor man(me)'s photoshop and its Free

Why do people still use Photoshop for basic stuff. You can do almost anything short of complex filters in the version of Microsoft Paint that comes with Vista and Windows 7.

The most useful, free, photo-editing program for Windows is Paint.NET: http://www.getpaint.net/ I've been using it for years and it's progressively become very competent. I've not found it lacking in any way, shape, or form. Did I mention that it's FREE?

Try Picasa from Google, it's free. It's also a very, very good photo manager.
