New Dodge Challenger!!! WOW

It is a prototype right now but I see they may plan to produce it in 2008-9. All I can say is WOW. I have not been impressed at all with any of the new retro cars, this thing is the meanest, coolest most old school looking one of them all and it packs a 6 speed from the viper and a 425+hp hemi! Dang, foot print gas pedal here I come!

I don't like the grill. Too small for such a large stature vehicle, and then there is a monster front bumper. Make the grill bigger, bumper smaller and bingo. The back end, however, is pure sex. I love the lines of the side rear glass.

Mark, I think yours is a photoshop. Look at the lower fog lights, they look off. Not to mention the grill seems soft compared to the rest of the car. Still my favorite retro muscle car thus far. Along with the camaro concept.

I nearly like every darn thing about that car....except that its Dodge. Dodge's interior design sucks. No, really, it does. It is not at all ergonomic or driver friendly. The only driver friendly item in the interior? The gas pedal. Now, sure, sometimes that's all one thinks about, but seriously, everything in the interior around the driver should be FOR the driver.

But, speaking specifically about the exterior: I love the rear end treatment, I love the front of the black car (especially the call-back to the originals grille), the fender vents, hood pins, the body rake (how the back end is jacked up and the wheels are staggered in diameter) and the call-back to the 'dual hood scoop'.

Some kid did a computer generation of the new camaro. I am pretty sure this is really old, but it looks the same as the one above. I don't know where you got that picture.
