OEM subie wheelz or after market? opinion needed

so i am trying to decide what wheels i wanna put on my subie.
here are some quick photos i put together. i didnt have any good STi wheel pictures or i would have added those too but i am considering those as well.

My serious contribution is to either get 2004 Silver STi wheels, some 2002-2004 Outback wheels in silver, some 1991-1994 Legacy SS/1996-1999 Outback stockers (same thing that came on the car originally), or pick up some WRX wheels.

The STi wheels would be 17X7.5. 2002-2004 Outback wheels are going to be 16X6.5, unless you get the H6 specific wheels, those were 16X7. The Legacy SS/1996-1999 Outback wheels were 15X5.5. WRX stockers (2002-2005) are 16X6.5.

I personally am ALL for OEM wheels. I don't like the looks of aftermarket wheels (most of the time), don't like the fact that a large number of aftermarket wheels have the wrong offset, and don't like the fact that aftermarket wheels are either super expensive or cheap knockoffs of super expensive wheels. :p Regardless, 15X5.5 or 16X6.5 will be the most comfortable ride quality wise since you will have more sidewall, 17X7.5 will handle better. STi stockers are friggin expensive though, get a set if you can even find them.

That would be too Hellaflush for you, you would need to roll your fenders.

i really like the second wheel i posted. off the legacy limited i think. im pretty sure i can come up with some. but those are the ones im leaning towards.

That won't work, wrong bolt pattern, look at it, it only has 4 bolts!

You can't beat OEM for price and reliability. You've got choices of 15", 16", 17".

15" - cheap, good ride quality, not a lot of high performance tire options
16" - cheap, good compromise between ride and performance, tons of tire options
17" - expensive, lower sidewall produces better handling at the expense of ride quality and suspension wear

yeah i would do that but i dont like the way the snowflakes look. there just too comon for me. i want something uncomon nice but not to flashy.

i just priced out a bunch of legacy OEM wheels and the 07-09 legacy wheels in the second picture
and they are $10 cheeper per wheel than the snowflakes. and $20 cheeper per wheel than the after market ones
so i think im going to pick em up.
