Hi
I have a damp problem !
There is condensation in the headlight - I have tried heating the light up and allowing to "breath" to dry - but as soon as it cools down the condensation returns.I have even used a small pump to draw air out of the unit - but agin it reappeared within 2 hrs.
I think Im gonna need to get the light in the house to dry - how odes it come out - any one done it ? do I need to remove the bumber?
Please help - Ive spent hrs with a hair dryer- and got no where..
Cheers

Oh that's no good.. There's a small hole in the back of the headlight housing with a rubber tube like thing on it with a 90 degree downward angle so air and condensation can exit but water cannot enter. If you take it off, clean it, make sure there's no condensation in it, put it back on the car and the condensation is back after it rains, then there's probably a small hole in the seal. There was a hole in the seal of the right rear light and I had to replace the whole thing because it started corroding.

I have an older subaru but I believe to get the headlights off there are some bolts on top and some under the bumper cover, so yes I think you do need to remove the bumper. Need some confirmation tho....
