like eleventy thousand > 4.5

I'm sure it was fun! It's always fun to see others who think they're invincible get stuck. (Sucks when it's you though!)

I remember two winters ago we had a big snow dump on a Sunday and they even pulled the plows off the road. That was fun! Snow so deep it was coming over the top of the hood while driving in it, the nice fluffy kind!

Me and two buddies went out in the Subaru with shovels and helped push people out of ditches all afternoon! We pretended it was because we wanted to be Good Samaritans, but really we just wanted the fun of driving in the stuff when others couldn't!

The best event was following this taxi who was "trying" and "trying" to get up this hill, it was pretty steep. After several attempts he was stuck with half his car off the road. We had watched the whole thing from down the bottom of the hill and after he got out we drove up to him, stopped on the hill, offered our services which he turned down, and then we proceeded from a stop to continue up the hill he couldn't get up for love nor money! I suspect he had a few curses under his breath!

What a wonderful memory that is! I suspect the grin was on my face for the rest of the week!

I had a similar experience. :p Only, it was an older Porsche, and it involved racing... My Legacy did a burnout, and so did the Porsche, but two of my wheels were still getting power, so instead of not going anywhere, I slammed into the rev limiter without even knowing it. :p

I was running brand new Summer tires last winter when that happened, now I'm running Pirelli Performance Winter tires.
