I was just wondering if a STi vf-34 turbocharger and injectors would fit a JDM ej20G? thanks, Devan

it should. I don't know if its entirely bolt on, but I think some WRX owners are running VF34s

No.

The EJ20G had a 90 degree turbo inlet similar to the EJ22T. The VF39 (the USDM STi turbo. The VF34 also has the same inlet though), because of the newer Gen intake manifolds, have straight inlets.

The injectors are side-feed, and IIRC the EJ20G's are top feed. The JDM STi injectors should work, but not for the Version 8.

The injectors will require you to tune your car though.

It will work, but it's not a bolt on thing. Some fabrication is required. The uppipe flange is the same and the downpipe flange is also the same on the VF34 as it is on all other IHI and Mitsubishi Subaru Turbos.

For an otherwise stock EJ20G, a VF30 would be a better option than a 34. It's the most reliable of the VF series turbos, and the output is almost identical between the VF30, VF34, and the VF22. The VF39 is kind of a waste, with such a large compressor and such a small turbine it tends to boost creep with open exhausts.
