will these fit?

i have a 96 outback wagon. i have a set of wrx 17s. will these fit on my car with a 225-55-17? any help would be great.

I'm sure you picked those tire size because some Outbacks with the 17's run 225-55-R17, right? Should work fine. A potential problem I can think of is that the tires might rub in the rear if your suspension is saggy. And your speedo will be off by a bigger margin.

i was wrong they are 225-50-17 i put them up next to my stocks wheels and tires and they are the same height so off to mount them on the wheels tomorrow and onto the car.
