Bubble after a dent on bumper

I have a bubble on my passenger side of the bumper after pulling the dent out. Is there any way to fix this or do I have to live with it? Its about the size of a soft ball. Will heating it slowly shrink the bubble or am I SOL? I have the bumper off atm. Thanks. TJ

Whad ya do pull it out too far? Noo matter what you're gonna be doin some body work if you dont want to buy a new bumper cover.

No I stomped the hell out of it! It is not as bad as I thought. I have to do some touch ups, but nothing major. Obviously need a new parking light and JDM fogs are coming soon.
