Should I order one of these clips for my postal wagon?

I have an 95 RHD postal wagon that I want to swap the twin turbo motor in.

I see these two JDM front clips, first from the 00 LEgacy:

WOuld doing the one from my model year be easier for the wiring and complete dash trade?

SHould i go for the newer engine instead?

I think you should go with the second gen. Wiring may be easier, plus you get a JDM bumper at the same time.

So far 2 others have said the same thing. Im very close to ordering it. Just seeing what shops will charge me for the install here in Southern California.
