Is there a diy thread on installing the jdm mud guards here?

Same as installing mudflaps. Put them on the car. Mark the holes. Drill and install.

You can use some sealer around the edges to help avoid any water collecting, or some 3M tape works well too.

^^yes sir. i also just took screws in to the plastic clips on the side skirts

What is the 3M tape your talking about, is that the brand name or something? I am guessing some 3M double sided tape? Also what kind of 3M tape works best?

Yeah.. 3m double sided tape. I would also use a heatgun / hair dryer if i were you and heat the tape up nice and good.. and also the surface its going on.. that way it will get a good sticky seal. Also heat it up a bit when they are on the car. Really does help a lot!
