Clutch Cable

I'm new here, I just picked up a 1993 Legacy Wagon 5sp, lots of miles, but lots of good miles left. I've crawled around the car and it appears that this car doesn't have a hydraulic clutch. Does this sound right? I've subscribed to Alldatadiy and am really disappionted with the information I've obtained so far. I can't find any thing about replacing the clutch or clutch adjustment. I want to replace the clutch in the next several weeks, the prior owner a Subaru head recommended it, and I think it's probably a good idea. I'm looking at a LUK or Exidy clutch
So far I'm happy with the car.

You are correct, only the Turbos got hydraulic clutches from that generation.

Thanks for the reply and link, it was very helpful. All of the clutch replacement how-to's assume you have an AWD subie. I suspect replacing the clutch on a FWD is not as complicated. It looks like a good project in the beginning of the new year.
