Bk legacy cusco sway bar setting info needed

Hey i just got my cusco sway bar but the instructions are in japanese. I know how to install it but i dont know which setting is stiff. Is it the one closest to the end of the bar or the one near the bar? Any help is great ill put it in the middle if i dont get any input.

Stiff = hole closest to the round, thick part of the bar (22mm)
medium = middle hole (20mm)
soft = hole furthest from the round thick part of the bar (18mm)

lol call me stupid but im assuming you mean by round thick part as the part closest to the acutal car and no to the end of the mount?

Hes talking about the bar itself. The further away you bolt away from the middle section of the bar the softer it is, it's all leverage.
