proecm install help

hello fellow members. i have a question for anyone who installed a proecm in their car.
i have a 96 2.2 legacy. i cant find install info anywhere, and the link is broken on the chip website.
so im smart enough to find some pinouts for the legacy but cant confirm if the 97 2.2 pinouts, are the same as the 96 2.2
ive been scouring the internet all morning. im probably not looking in the right spot.
i need some help :cry:

i have seen that page. but when i click on the link for the instruction, it sends be to some weird page. i actually need to know what color wire goes to where to the ecu.

:cry: well shitty shitty news. the chip is blown! i tryed several times to install. and keep noticing no power light on the chip. i completely uninstalled it and hooked the positve and negative leads on the battery terminal... no power light! fuck.... idk if it was damaged in shpping or if 4n70n1n0 sold me a faulty chip. but i just wasted my whole day + 50 dollars and managed to make my wiring harness look like its made of electrical tape. fuck fuck fuck. i dont know what to do :smt011 does any body know if it can be refurbished ?

Wow that really sux man and I almost bought that! :shock: I would hope it was either the shiping or a personal error hooking it up. I think that if the chip is fried your best bet would be to get another. It is not like you can replace the board and just keep the original cover.
