Need some input on selling my rhd twin turbo legacy

Ok, I'm thinking about selling my daily driver but I wanted some outside input on what the car is worth what kind of questions will arise from trying to sell it.

Here's the low down on the car:

1997 USDM Postal wagon (originally 2.2 n/a automatic, awd)
172k miles on the chassis.
White, Dark Grey interior
Original Oklahoma car (aka no salt)

Full 1996 GT-B EJ20R 5 speed swap w/ 28k miles

I received a full front clip with vented disc / rear plated LSD drive train from Japan.

I swapped the entire harness and all electronics from the clip including the auto HVAC box.

I also had to swap the lower radiator support due to the difference between the USDM one and JDM (thinner) one.

I have merged 98% of the rear harness and everything works except for the dome light and door ajar lights.

I installed the top of the line Alarm / Remote Start / Keyless entry system from Code Alarm.

Alpine head unit w/ ipod interface

JIC FLT-A2 coil overs (2k miles on them)

GT Spec rear subframe lock/lateral link brace kit

Cusco 19mm Rear sway bar (still in wrapper)

Honestly I'm just to busy to give this car the attention it needs to be finished properly.

I drive it to and from work everyday without any issues and it actually gets decent mileage. :)

I was thinking about asking around $8k

I'm looking for honest opinions here so don't be bashful.

my honest opinion, you gotta make sure you advertise the cars uniqueness ie the mods. because any putts looking for a car may mistake this beautiful machinery for a daily driver fart can! I just recently saw one of these sell for 4500. 8k may not be too far fetched to ask for but you might wanna consider the option of OBO!

Yeah I was definitely going make it obo or even possible trade for a 00'+ red sedan + $$

I think you're right about the emphasis on the mods / swap.

I have the outer JDM tails just haven't got them in yet.

I am interested in this car, but I already have all the JDM bits/coilovers/wheels/sterio/etc... Would you consider selling it w/o some of that stuff? If you were to sell w/o the aftermarket bits, what would you ask for it?

Would you be interested in trading cars as part of the sale? I have my 97 GT wagon and also a black 92 240sx SE coupe?

I would consider selling it without the wheels, radio, JDM lights but I really don't want to pull the coil overs (unless someone want to trade me for factory Bilstiens)
