I have, and they didn't get the air out of the lines as well as 2 man (manual) bleeding. ;)

2 man is best, the speedbleeders have been a crapshoot for me, they worked twice but one time there the little ball in the valve was stuck, causing the valve to bleed fluid after the system was closed. PBR is a big company, they own Axxis, PBR/Axxis Ultimate pads are good (autox'ers recommend them for the initial bite) but dust a lot.

I see deluxe, metal master and ultimate ceramic

So I take it the ultimates are ceramic so they stop good in cold as well as really hot? but they dust a lot. I like in MN so I'm looking for a performance pad it doesn't have to be good at -15 but i would like it to slow the car down at least a little lol

I would just get Hawk HPS's or Carbotech bobcats but there almost twice the price

I went with the metal master (xbg)'s and there just as silent as my old pads no noise just bedded them it too. Smelled like a glue factory on fire, just to make sure it wasn't a hose or something I opened my hood to see and under there it smelled like burnt oil as usual so I shut it and smelled down by the tire again, different smell, so I'm satisfied nothing melted but the pads resin layer. How do I know if I bedded them in enough I couldn't really see any color or pad material on the rotors?

I have the PBR ultimate ceramics. The first couple months of use was a dust storm. My front wheels looked flat black most of the time. Good performance though and after 3 months or so dust became minimal.

Yep for future reference I went with the XBG semi metallics really dusty but I was happy to find out the dust comes off with a dry rag. I can really tell that there higher friction pads than what ever garbage I had on there before awesome stopping. I also did ATE fluid and SS lines.

Ummm I'm not sure I did pads and fluid at the same time I can tell its firmer.

Under light braking its almost the same.

Under medium braking such as an off ramp or something I can feel that the pedal is firmer and if you press just a little harder the car stops way faster I'm assuming because of the pads

Under heavy braking the pedal feel is really firm no squish at all but my tires lock up pretty quick cuz my abs went out. I know right where they lock but its a challenge to do a 10/10ths stop.

PBR is also a big manufacturer of OE brake parts. I know Corvettes used PBR brakes almost exclusively for a long time, not sure if they still do.
