Just recently i noticed that i was getting condensation in my headlights so i decided to take them apart and get them all cleaned up while I was at it. The only problem is that after I got them looking all nice and I put them back on the car after a day of driving they are full of condensation even worse than before. Is there any secret to resealing them or getting the condensation out with out having to bake them again.

I think you're gonna have to get it all dried out before you try to seal it up again or the water is just gonna get knocked out of the air every time it gets cold. I would bake 'em again

Yeah when I was resealing them i decided to bake them again and they looked really good after that and there was absolutely no condensation but then I had to put them back on shortly after and on top of that it was raining so thats probably what did it

Try using some 3m sealant around the housing of your headlights to get a good seal. You can also try putting some desiccant in the back of the housing to get rid of some of the moisture that gets accumulated.
