headlight adjustment

i searched but didnt really find anything.

i need to adjust it up do i use the screw on the bottom right of the pic?
the other one has a white plastic piece on it.

That's gotta be the 2-piece headlights, right? Ya, you need an allen wrench, level ground and a garage door (or other vertical surface to reflect your lights on). Funny that the older, crappier, 1-piece units have those bubble levels that make it really easy to adjust even without the garage door so long as you have flat surface.
