06 sti suspension on bd?

i have read that with some suspenion swaps all that is nessary is swaping the top hats. is this true? can i re use my stock top hats. what are top hats. haha

Sure, you can swap any suspension easily except for 05+ sti (not sure about the latest body style vehicles either, sti or otherwise). Bolt pattern changed on the fronts. Backs still fit fine. If you're set on getting STI suspension, you'll need 04 front struts for sure.
