Starting a thread to organize all the suspension-related swap questions. Most of the information is in the Chassis and Suspension forum but it would be nice to have swap-specific information organized here.

Brand new to the forum so still learning a lot.

Would I be able to put wrx suspension on my 95 legacy outback?

Im wanting to lower it just a tad, mostly stiffen up the suspension for better cornering though.

Is a suspension swap the way to go or is there something better? A friend said something about a cup kit so i could lower it in summer and raise it back up in winter for snow driving but it'll still drive smoother than coil overs?

I'm wondering the same thing. I can either go 04 kyb struts and 04 tein h lowering springs for 650 or go k-sport coilovers for 850. But I only wanna go maybe 1" 1.5" lower

Yah exactly. Thats why im thinkin if i could put wrx suspension on my car itd be cheaper (parted out) Im not tryin ta drop a lot on lowering my car and inch or 2

go with the wrx suspension, straight bolt up to your legacy and really nice upgrade for the cheap price..

i have 04 wrx kyb gr2 with bugeye prodrive lowering springs and its perfect for front and rear drop, right to the tip of the tires
