I have stumbled into some car money, and i cant decide what to do
I have in the ball park of $300
my first idea was to spring on this:
http://www.rs25.com/forums/f186/t122937 ... 300-a.html (http://www.rs25.com/forums/f186/t122937-nc-beginnings-supercharger-build-300-a.html)
which was Eaton M62, WRX intercooler & BOV, STi & WRX fuel pump, 12:1 FMU, and a tranny cooler (cant use that though)
But i have not heard from the OP on rs25 and he hasn't logged-in since 1/5/10
I, being a very impatient person, have been looking into other options:
KYB struts stock legacy springs
H&R sport Springs with stock struts
snagging this:
viewtopic.php?f=22&t=17096 (https://sl-i.net/FORUM/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=17096)
(it's in driving distance :D )
with this I get a set of dual port heads that i can Port & Polish and a set of cams that would go to delta for the street regrind
PLUS the rest of the block that i can rebuild in my spare time to be ready for when i go supercharged (not if)
And if you vote for the wait please say for how long and what should be my back up option
