Hello fellow Subie fans. My name is Jamie, and I live in Lewiston, Maine. My hobby/habit/addiction is actually old Volkswagens (I currently own a 1959 Volkswagen euro Beetle), but my daily driver is my 1995 Subaru Legacy Wagon.
I bought my Subie from my father last year when my old car kicked the bucket. I think he felt bad for me since he had barely driven the wagon maybe a few times before he sold it to me. I got the car just before winter time last year, and I gotta say how much fun this baby is in the winter. I haven't gotten stuck once in the snow, and I have driven through some pretty bad snow storms. This AWD is great. Now my wife wants to buy a Subaru too hehe.
Anyhow, I haven't really got anything modded on my wagon, and I don't plan on going too crazy with it. I just want to make it look good. Don't hate me, but I'm a Dallas Cowboys fan (My license plate is CWBY FAN), so I'm going for a Dallas Cowboys theme. I plan on painting it two tone metallic blue and metallic silver probably once spring arrives, and I would like to buy some aftermarket wheels. Who knows what else I may do?!
Anyhow, I'm looking forward to meeting you all, and especially seeing what you've done to your Legacies! Take care. I'll try and post some pics soon.
