Roof racks

is this a complete rack? the pictures are kind of deceiving, what does it retail at?

Thule Roof Rack with sun visor, the clamps bars and attachments.

that sounds pretty complete to me, email them and find out if that isn't enough. the only thing you'll need after that is whatever you want to mount. bike rack, basket, roof box, etc.
as for fit you'll want to check thule.com so see if the impreza mounts will fit your leggy, otherwise a new fit kit will run you a cool $70 (possibly cheaper on eBay).
we've got a roof rack thread on here already that has pictures and everything too and I know that there is at least one thule rack on a legacy if you want to see what it looks like
