help!!! 92 Legacy won't start - turns over, has spark

Hi all, so i am having issues with my 92 legacy it won't start, it turns over well has compression and spark, timing belt isn't broken and it is in time, it is not sucking air in at throttle body so that is odd, this is also my first experiance with a subaru so i am a little in the dark here as well so any help woud be so great, thanks in advance!!!

Does your fuel pump kick in?

Yep, if you have spark an compression and everything is in time, next thing to check is for fuel. What were the compression numbers?

if you have no vacuum, something it awfully messed up.

dont check for vacuum at the throttle body. remove something like the brake booster vacuum line.

if you have spark, the next thing to check is fuel

or something is really hosed.
