F*** P0505 need help

can anyone help me with this? my car stalls after start up unless i kick it into gear. the RPM goes crazy high and stay high at start up then goes super low till it just cuts out. when driving the engine feels bogged down . i was reading up on this and it said something about a IAC valve and to get the gasket and clean the valve. one problem WTF does this look like on a ej22 and how do i go about cleaning/changing/ fixing this problem???

The IACV is mounted on your throttle body... you can try cleaning it and replacing the gasket.

The actual part is expensive...

I should be getting the gasket on wed. any extra info? i saw the bolts are REALLY soft. anything else?

There are 4 12mm hex bots that fix the IACV to the lower left side of the throttle body. It is directly below the pcv line. The only screws that are soft on that part are the idle adjustment screws, which you do not need to touch to clean it.
