I have a 97 Subaru Legacy 2.5GT

Just swapped engine to that of a 96 Legacy Outback 2.5 due to blowing mine up.

Car runs beautifully, except on two seperate occasions the car has failed to start. It will turn over for a little while, then start eventually, and spits out the following codes:

P1507
P0507
P0335

The crank sensor is the one that came in the block. I didn't have this code before, so would it be safe to say I could just swap my crank sensor over from my old engine?

Yes. Generally speaking, unless you are swapping in an engine from literally the exact same type of car (year, make, model, trim, transmission, emissions certification) you should swap the sensors from the engine that came in the car.

Broke my old crank sensor, have to see how much a new one is.
