Oxygen Sensor "NEED HELP"

My oxygen sensor is not working . I have CHECK ENGINE light on . My garage tell me to replace Front sensor before Cat.
it,s Called Control Sensor or Fuel/Air sensor i,ts located in front of Cat. But it cost US 315$ in my garage so i have check if i can buy it online or on e-bay bu i cannot find the right type. In my Legacy it's 5 Wire sensor. it´s rusty so i find no mark or type. My car is Subaru Legacy 2001 model BH With 2,0L 16 valve engine. Automatic transmission .
Made for Europe market ( No Turbo )
Engine Type is EJ201 NXCAA
VIN JF1BH5LR51GO36595

Check part number at your diller; I have one for sale - bought wrong at SubaruGenuineParts.com.
Part # 22641AA00A, never used. I think it's the right one. $120 shipped (paypal).

EDIT:
looks like 22641AA00A and 22641AA000 are different oxygen sensors; check at your garage;
if "A" is not right for you, you can buy "000" at www.chaplinssubarugenuineparts.com (http://www.chaplinssubarugenuineparts.com) for $146 + shipping.

I checked my sensor - it has 4 wires. sorry. :-(

Contact www.chaplinssubarugenuineparts.com (http://www.chaplinssubarugenuineparts.com) if they can check that 22641AA000 sensor - if that has 5 wires.

Hello . "sorry" your sensor is not the right sensor. I send a question to subarugenuineparts.com. The part manager say that they dont have picture of oxygen sensor part 22641AAA000 they only have pencil generic drawing. And my car vin number
is not validin they country.
My next step is take my broken sensor out of my car and take picture of sensor and connector if that help any one

I know; they don't have European base of VIN numbers, so they can not run your VIN threw their version of SubaruFast.
That's why i posted screenshot from european version of Subaru Fast (that's Subaru programm for searching car parts) with your VIN -> and oxygen sensor part #;
Perhaps someone from the States could visit local Subaru diller and check for wires and connector on that 22641AA000 ?

Hello. The number on the sensor is 0 258 007 084 Bosch Germany.
I look on ebay to find sensor whith that serial number for sale and find no sensor whith this number.

Ok i check out this sites

But there is no seller on e-bay i look e-bay uk. -Germany- France- and other .
and find nothing This sensor is specal for europemarket.
In my country all Subaru Legacys from 1993-2003 have 2,0 Litre engine there is wery little of 2,2L or 2,5L
Engine Legacys .
