obx cat delete pipes

So apparently obx makes cat-delete pipes (took me a lot of searching to find a place that sells them) and there only about $100-$120 bucks, half the price of the stromung one on boxer4 but they only make them for 97-01 imprezas, foresters, and outbacks....no legacy but aren't the cat sections of all those cars identical??? The 97-01 outback one has to fit a BD GT wont it?

Everytime I go to my mechanical shop for exhaust parts for they always say outback/legacy 2.5l so I would think it is the same.

Power/flow wise is a glass-pack going to be any different than a plane resonator?

My OBX header (which includes their cat delete pipes) is designed for a 2.5RS and not only did it fit the engine perfectly, but it also bolted up to my stock exhaust (yeah, I know). The only thing I had to do was lengthen my O2 sensor wiring, but I think that was mostly due to the header and not the cat delete pipes.

These are not vehicle-specific cat delete pipes, such as a Stromung pipe. Its just a universal weld-in pipe that looks like a cat for inspections and stuff.

I've been keeping my eye out for the COBB/Rallitek header, but also keep finding the OBX on EBAY, check out the ebay store = Tuning Depot Overstock E-Store
the header and resonator (cat delete) are sold together. also, type in OBX muffler, or cat-back and you'll see the other products they carry.
