2001 legacy gt front upper seats won't fit with H & R spring

I've been told the impreza top seats are what I need? Anyone have any idea if this is correct and if so is it the 01 impreza also?

The H&R springs I put on the car went into a set of JDM Bilsteins, so no problem there. Didn't try them with the stock struts.
