perhaps an engine block of some sort? i suppose a bare block could weigh in around 60lbs. i have no clue what kinda dimensions though.

Well, I'm sure a lanyard wouldn't weigh 60lbs. I doubt a "flaming plastic skull" light or a grounding kit do either. Guess it's not something you bought off Ebay recently...............
