Kartboy Rear Shifter Bushing Rubbing on Driveline?

I installed my Kartboy rear shifter bushing a couple months ago. However when I got under my car to fix an exhaust rattle issue, I took off the heat shield, and noticed that my driveshaft had a section where it was rubbing. I felt up under and the shifter bushing was rubbing.

Is anyone else having this issue? I have it on my 97 Legacy GT.

I just installed that on my car when I swapped the trans. Doesn't seem like the parts were even close to rubbing. You sure you didn't install it upside down? Seems like the bolt holes were offset a bit so that if you installed it the wrong way, it might sit too low.

Sounds like you put the bushing in upside - down.

It is a possibility, Weather has been kinda cruddy and I work days, so I have not had a chance to get under there and try switching it yet. Thanks guys!
