Hi-beams on Faintly with Projectors

i recently have been having a problem with hi beams turning on faintly (like the city lights-which i didnt connect)

My HIDs are having a problem and im guessing it has something to do with it, the hids turn on and warm up until the high beams start to fade in, then the Left hid bulb starts blinking and shuts off...

what could the problem be?

It's one of the fuses. My passenger side fuse blew and had the same problem, sort of. High beams were faint like city lights but my passenger low beam was out completely. Switched fuses with the hazard lights because the spare fuse was dead. Which reminds me, I need fuses for my hazard lights.

I had this problem, just without the HID's. It happened after the car went in for a new bumper(hit a raccoon). When they removed the left headlight, they were really rough and disconnected one of the four wires. I cant remember which. With it disconnected it triggered both high beams, and the right side low beam. In the car I had the high beam indicator on kinda dim.... it was strange.

So, check to make sure everything is still hooked up 100%. Hope that helps a little.

its because of the headlight wiring the grounds are switched. take them both apart and look up at the writeup on installing jdm projectors, double check all colors. if u were closer i could do it in like 10 mins
