Custom made bumper?

I wonder how difficult it would be to make a bumper similar to this:

I'm sure I could buy one from the guy who made that one, but I think they're pretty pricey. Granted, I don't know materials cost, but I think most of the price is labor/cool factor.

Thats the MudRat bumper. Its weighs a freakin ton, and have seen that one (which is on Seans Baja) plow through whords of homless people, their shopping carts, and dumpsters at breakneck speeds!

Seriouslly, hes rammed all sorts of stuff with that thing, and only has a few scratches on it.

I dont remember what Jon was charging us to have them made, but I do know that he hasnt made any for quite a while. (probablly because he didn't charge enough for the time put into them) What ever they did cost, I can attest to the build quality, and this is not a peice just for looks.
