big bill spoiler for 2nd gen wagon????

my older brother who has a jdm 2.0tt impreza import was saying something about wagons looking good with a big bill spoiler on the back hatch and im not sure what he was talking about... any ideas anyone? possibly jdm? im unsure of what the jdms ones look like so if anyone knows anything or has pics shoot em this way.

but if he is like my brother and me i would feel like a idiot asking him.
i remember when i was a little kid (8 or 7 years old) my brother had a really nice camaro
and he was talking about push rods and rockers. well me being a child of the 90s i grew
up learning on OHCs so i had no idea what he was talking about. and i didnt wanna ask
cuz i didnt wanna look like an idiot.
