I have a 1996 outback that feels like it's rolling over rocks when i turn full right or left. I just replaced the cv axles and it's still there.....any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Manual or automatic transmission? Maybe your center diff is binding? Check to see that your tires are rubbing or something at full lock.

It is an automatic
If the tire is rubbing I would take care of that first. Is this because you are running a bigger tire?

No...stock it rubs at full turn only
Right, and since your problem is experienced at full turn that might be the source of your issue. Is it rubbing on a fender liner or something?
I'm a fan of checking the easy stuff first, transmission rebuilds are not cheap.
