How to adjust power windows?

Hey all I need to adjust the angle on my drivers side rear door window. It rolls up fine until it reaches the top weatherstripping and then slows WAY down and sometimes won't roll all the way up. Necessitating me to open the door to finish the roll up.

I've heard there are some nuts or bolts beneath the door panels which will facilitate the changing of the windows angle which should allow it to roll up freely.

Any idea WHICH nuts/bolts are utilized in this endeavor?

Ill take off my door pannels when i get a chance and get a looksy in there and let you know what i find out.

I put a little silicone on the weather stripping and that made it slip and slide right up (for a while).
