Thanks guys I feel so welcome and at home already that means I can borrow some money from my new found friends lol. I'm going to a second college to lien how to weld I have to do the roof rack holes and fill in the side molding.

When I got my legacy over a year ago, I spent about a week looking at all the Subie sites and the legacy specific sites. This is by far the best one I found in my opinion. The members here are quite knowledgeable and are usually quick to respond to any questions.

Hey guys i have so many questions but dnt know where to start. no offense but please loose the hid's, and get some projectors so you don't blind everyone

where do you get the projectors? and will my hid bulbs work in them?

jdm projectors easy to find in the for sale section and on ebay

i am willing to bet your hid bulbs wouldn't fit the projectors take a different bulb than the stock reflectors

projectors take a H1 low H3 high, your hids wont work

get new ones at ddmtuning.com

If you want HID you really need to do research and a proper retrofit. Putting HID bulbs in normal headlights is bad because the beam isn't properly focused for the HID bulbs and will blind other drivers. Even if you don't care just remember if they can't see they are likely to hit your car, people have a tendency to drive towards what they want to avoid. Probably best route for a 2nd gen Legacy is to get JDM projector headlights, and swap out the projectors (which are for RHD roads) with better LHD ones, Infinity FX projectors seem to be popular but there are other options. I recommend you check out http://store.theretrofitsource.com/ and http://www.hidplanet.com/ for research and parts.
