Yes, mount them upside down though.

I assume the lenses can be flipped so mounting them upside down doesn't affect the beam pattern?

they can, theres one screw on the front that you take out and you can flip it. you just wont be able to put the covers on right side up without cutting the bottom...if that even matters

Alright thanks. I wasn't planning on using the covers much if I mount them in the stock replacement position anyways, but good to know.

I made a couple little 90 degree brackets that allow the bolt to stick straight up into the bumper support. If I were to do it again , I would take off the whole bumper cover to get better holes marked and drilled. It's not as easy as it looks to get them in, but it can be done.
