have a dead miss on cylinder 1.

I have spark, I have fuel and compression is great.

Tried a couple of injectors and it was the same.

Continuity on the injector is good, and i'm getting 14v to it.

Tried 2 sets of plugs and wires, all did the same.

I have air fuel and spark, what else am I missing? All the 3 other cylinders are firing just fine.

What was the compression on cyl 1 compared to the others?

Certain valvetrain problems can be difficult to detect with just a standard compression test. Even a small difference in cranking compression could indicate a valvetrain problem. Or you could try a running compression test. You should be able to find details for that from a google search or I can explain it to you.

Also, have you verified you are getting the switched ground from the PCM to the #1 injector? Does the #1 plug get fuel soaked after running for a bit, does it change color at all, or does it just stay clean and dry?

yes the plug is wet with fuel, all compression for all the cylinders is the same.

Coil pack might be going out

Because of the way that 1 coil fires 2 plugs, it is very rare for a bad coil to cause a miss on only 1 hole.

tried my spare coilpack and it does the same thing, now cylinder 1 and 3 wont fire!
