If I use my 95 intake are the long blocks the same?

Just changing blocks, and keeping your intake manifold, cylinder heads? then yes it will work.

If I drill and tap the drivers head for the egr, are they the same otherwise?

If so anyone know what size drill bit?

ej22 didn't really change in tell 97. your 95 has egr? strange. my 96 didn't have it, and neither did my 95.

i have no idea what size bit sorry
