I'm rebuilding after a blown H/G and need to know what is the best way to install the cam sprockets? Is the cam holder tool the way to go, and does it work on both sides.
2.5l DOHC
Thanks!

I think there is a tool for each side if I'm not mistaken. At least for DOHC that is. Check out this PDF:

Tons of great info on there.

They are keyed, you just slide them on and then tighthen them down. Its easier to tighten them if you have the timing belt on, or if you use a giant pair of pliers and some peices of old timing belt to keep the pliers from digging into the cam gear.
