2nd Gen Legacy..... die casts? Model kits?

Okay, call me odd but I like to collect a kit or die cast of all the cars I've owned, but for the life of me I can't seem to find a BD/BG/BK???

I can find plenty of 1st gen Legacy models, and 3rd gen on up, but nothing for my body style.

What gives?

Anyone have one or know where to get one?

Its funny, I had a Crown Vic previously, and there was a WHOLE SECTION of the Crown Vic forum dediated to model kits, because of the vast amount of availability of Crown Vic kits and die casts.

This thing had instructions in japanese so I was pretty free do paint anything whatever color I wanted to! The bright blue was a bit much, but I couldn't tell how it would look until I actually painted it...

To tell you the truth, I've never seen another one :( I found it on ebay from just a random seller. He said it was an opened box, but never used. All the pieces were still there. Seems to me like this thing was OLD. The decals were having trouble coming off the paper and sticking because of it's age. I'm guessing this model was discontinued a while ago and the box sat around for years. I'll try to find a date or something on the manual or box and try to find out it's age. For now I'd keep checking ebay every once in a while, if you find one, it'll most definitely be in china or japan. I'll update this thread if I find another one!!

DUH! If you want a 2nd gen model kit then just search "aoshima subaru" at ebay. It kinda helps to know the name of the company that make them! I may purchase another one and have a FLEET OF SUBARUS!

Grrrr, why did I start this thread! Everytime I see it I get pissed because I don't have the time to build my car.... it's just sitting in my basement with all my other unopened and unfinished model kits. All my glue and paints are all dried up, and my brushes are shot. I wonder if any of my spray cans work.
